We're doing a drive in my Art History class next week. I don't have much but I'm going to try to give something.

I think its just..well...I don't know what to think. When something like this happens half way across the world, it seems so distant. But when its your own country, which is considered one of the best in the world and a rather well known city such as New Orleans and you hear about things like bodies in the streets getting eaten by rats and starvation and that dysentry might be a problem, it seems incredibly surreal that its happening. Surreal's the only word for it. I don't know anyone really in that area, but I panic whenever there's a big hurricane in Florida because my grandpa lives there.

So yes..please do something if you can.
